Upset and dissatisfied customer

Never ever has something been stollen out of my car at a car wash until I came here. I’ve even left a R5 and that hasn’t even been stollen out of my car at a wash before……

AirPods which were a gift to my husband were stollen right under our noses. When tracked, with proof explained and shown to the manager, with a location of his car wash during business hours same day and then the employee who stole thems’ final location (?home address) I was informed he trusted that employee too much to possibly accuse him…. Despite given proof.

When asked what security measures he had in place, was informed the business didn’t have money to install cameras.

Overall very poor effort to keep customers belongings safe and not much better reassurance after. Will not be returning. **also very expensive considering all of the above

It’s heartbreaking to work so hard for something special and then for someone to think they have the right to ***** it from you, and probably just sell it for peanuts.

I just hope the owner does something because of this business goes under because of one bad apple, many may be left without a job or support for their families.
