****** bottle of perfume worth R2600,00

My family and I stayed at Fernando’s Guest House in Port Elizabeth from 20-23 December 2021. We were the only guest staying on the premises and the only other people that had access to the facility was the cleaner and the caretaker. Upon arriving back at home I discovered that my perfume which values at R2600 is missing out my toiletries bag. I sent the caretaker an email to which I received no reply to date. I filed a complaint with Booking.com as I made the booking with them and I still received no response. That bottle of perfume was new and I want it replaced.
