Ferlin/Harpam headache

If I could give a zero rating I would . We rented a property through Linda Ferreira. The property is Tanglewood, Owned by Harpam investments. We moved out at the end of February The Property was inspected, it was in order and we were advised that we would have out deposit by the 21st March 2019. I advised her that by law they had 7 days to pay it back, but we would accept the 21st. Well the 21st came and went and we called and she advised that Raymond Beaton, the co-owner of Harpam had got rid of the bookkeeper, but that they had another one and that the money would be released over the weekend. It would be in our account by yesterday. Well we still don't have the money. My husband messaged her this morning and she said she would contact the book keeper but she did not get back to my husband. I called her and she said it would be paid today. I enquired as to the amount and when I queried why it was so low, she got extremely aggressive and accused me of fighting all the time and put the phone down on me. I tried to call her back but she did not answer. I then left her a message on her phone advising (in an extremely calm manner) that this was not acceptable and that if the money was not paid in I would review on Hello Peter and we would go to small claims court. She did not respond and has not responded to a subsequent message . She does not take my husbands calls either. I would advise people to be very careful before they consider renting from these people. They take a 2 month deposit then you fight to get it back.
