Poor service and lack of communication

I am disappointed with their service, since 2016, my mom paid R41000 for transfer of property to her name, me and my sister and she has been giving us the runaround, different stories, we still have not received the documents after almost 6 years, poor service, no communication, always lying and not returning calls, i am going to report to the law society as they are taking an advantage of an elderly person
