Cancelation of a house contract

On the 3 October 2019 my fiancee paid 50000 ( Fifty thousand rand )to Lucas Molebele the House agent or owner as a deposit, then on the 4th October 2019 we paid 600 000( six hundred thousand rand to Ferhana attorneys account) We brought the house in protea north ext 10, we have signed the contract and everything. Lucas( The Agent or house owner) informed us that in 6 weeks we will move in the house, when we went to view the house it was empty, the house was very neat and nice and we fall in love with it with my fiancee, hence thats why we paid 50000( fifty thousand deposit on the sport). After a week Lucas moved in our house and said we should give him 6 weeks to complete his project of renovating his house. 6 weeks pastby, when it was time for us to move in we were informed that the house we brought in ext 10 has issues but what suprise me is that why is he staying there with his family while the owner is fighting for the house in court, why do they wait for us to pay R650 000 cash to them before telling us about the house issue, infact why are they selling the house that has issues and agreed to receive cash without disclosing the house problem prior? Asiya Moola prepared the agreement for the house that is invalid and received R600 000 on behalf of Ferhana attorneys in lenasia, 6 weeks has pastby know it's full 2 months we don't have the house , early December 2019 we did ask our attorney to draft a cancelation application and requested Ferhana to reimburse us within 3 days but they have not done that to date. Somewhere on the the first week of December we had a meeting at Ferhana attorneys boardroom with Thandiwe, Pule & Lucas ( All Agents for the house but their boss is Lucas) in that meeting we were advised that they will reimburse us after selling the ext 9 house, but what I dont understand is that what does ext nine has to do with ext 10 house and our money because we paid cash for extension 10? Ferhana Attoneys can you please reimburse our money back because we did not get the house from your client Lucas, I really dont understand how can Asiya release the money to the seller while we did not receive the house, Asiya( convensor) advised us that she released the funds to the seller, how and why i don't know, what I know is that according to law the funds remains with the attorney until the house has been successfully transferred to the buyer so why did Ferhana release our funds? And how much did they release to Lucas? That house is not lucas's house I think ***** took place here. To Ferhana attorneys, I need my R650 000 ASAP back into our account, I cant work with people I dont trust, why did you release the funds to the seller while the house has issues, is this how you ***** money from us black people? I need my money please, if i dont get a reply with 5 days, I am going to take this to the ombudsmen, media and everywhere, R650 000 is not a child's play. I need that money with interest because it would be at the bank making interest for me. Asiya confirmed with her mouth that she released the fund to the Agent or Seller but we did not get that house.
