I bought the base and mattress from them last year March 2023

I bought the base and mattress from them last year March 2023. They were suppose to come exchange the sqweeky base as discussed with them.. We then spoke to see uf i xannot get a better quility bed..I wS told to pay Difference of R650.Which i did. To date i have send them endless messages with no reply from them.. What can i do..I need Help
