Poor workmanship from Ferbro PTY LTD Developers

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding Ferbro Pty Ltd Developers. I made an offer to purchase a housing package from them in Midstream estate Ext 79 ,after several attempts to get them to sort out the defects in the house Marc Ferreira intimidated me by swearing at me more than once when i complaint about poor workmanship and trying to resolve the matter.I then refused to sign the bond registration papers and the transferring papers then he threatened with me a demand letter to sign and referring to clause 10.1 of the OTP which speaks to Breach of contract by me without him considering that he is also in breach. To prove that the house was not satisfactorily and the were too many defects including skew walls, water proofing not done right, grass not leveled, doors and door frames misaligned, laminated flooring installed cheap, inferior paint work, garden gates wood and welding of poor quality, garage door has big opening on it etc then i decided to get a Quantity Surveyor to do a thorough inspection on the whole house and comp**** an inspection report which i will avail to Hello Peter with pictures on it. When i send the inspection report to him and his lawyers as i refused to sign the bond documents because i am not happy with the house he cancelled the offer and send me the cancellation letter. I had put a 10% deposit and almost R70k for the interior furnishings that i wanted on top of his PC amount now he doesn't want to refund my money and he wants me to pay 5.5% of the commission to Just property midstream for selling me a house that has poor workmanship. I also lodged a complaint with the NHBRC and i am awaiting their feedback on this. would like you to intervene and help me please. Thanks
