Rude - Randburg

I went today to their offices to obtain another business card, which I misplaced due to moving, in order to have contact details of a consultant who would be able to assist me. I was there once before and I was provided with one.

I rang bell and a man appeared from the back and rudely said "good afternoon". (Didn't even open the door for me either) I greeted back and explained the above as I am looking to speak to someone icw supply chain management.

This rude, unprofessional man then asked what I did with my business card and I explained, thus the reason I need another one. With this he tells me, in a very bad, rude tone of voice: "We don't do Supply Chain. You're wasting our time and it is best you move on."

Excuse me... I found your details on the internet and, still, your website states you specialise in FMCG and Supply Chain thus the reason I went there the first time.... My wife was with me the first time I went there. All I wanted was another business card, that's all I requested.

You are a personnel agency specialising in the field I'm in - is this the way you treat people seeking advice and assistance from you? I'm not someone who walked off the street!!!!

You had no right to speak to me in that manner and definitely not chase me away like a dog off the street. I didn't approach you with any bad attitude as I needed something from your agency. Then included with this you deny the service I'm seeking which clearly contradicted what your website states.

Bad attitude. Very bad attitude towards someone seeking your assistance. Do you treat all people like this you don't know?
