Very bad quality, terrible customer service

I am highly disappointed in this brand. I purchased my 1st fenn last year and just a couple of months down the line the straps started flaking. I’ve sent through a formal complaint after which I was told that they will get back to me. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received any feedback from them yet. It’s such a let down after I’ve been wanting to get all the colors/designs but now I just won’t bother supporting the brand any longer.
