Bogus and unreliable

On the 20th of February 2026 I went online to buy a headlamb on the website. Fenixshop.co.za. The Internet slow and i mistakenly paid twice for one item. Proof of payments is available. Obviously the proof of payments carried one Order number #86444.

On 16th, ie 6 days later they delivered one headlight. I tried writing email and got ignored even up to now. I send my niece to vonysct them by phone(proof available) and she forwarded the proof of payments. The gentleman promised to look into it (proof available) on thread, he never answered calls again. She kept trying until a lady answered and promised that she will inform the guy who first responded.

The guy no longer answers calls. I just need them to refund or even give me another headlight.

I have got all the communication thread, phone numbers etc. +*** operating as Blades & Triggers
