Disregard for Customer relations

I would like to bring the following to your attention. On 08/04/5015 I requested a quotation for several items that Fences&Gates claim to supply, according to their website. On 09/04/2015 I received a very badly written, rude response (All in upper case letters) that Fences and Gates will not be pricing the BOQs as requested without any explanation why not.<br> I find this type of behavior highly improper and insulting. I can't help but wonder wonder how a company like that even continue to exist in an economy like ours if you don't even bother to quote nor adhere to professional protocol. I believe this is exactly the kind of behavior that is at the heart of a failing economy.<br>
