Shocking customer service, never been spoken to this way before

I would like to know who is the owner/CEO of femmefatalesa, you have a beautiful range of products that you sell, but I am afraid that you have the most pathetic, horrible employee working for you, who could damage your company. Last week Friday I merely asked when you will get the nude pink pj's in stock again as the website says that it is out of stock, and someone rep**** to me saying : "they are available". They did not have the decency to greet me, let alone tell me where I can find them on the website they just rep**** they are available, to which I responded and said you can at the very least say hello, they are available, you can find them here or there, this person then rep**** telling me to stop playing the pathetic rude, customer card, and that they are running a business and have no time for petty people, and that I must take my business somewhere else, and thereafter deleted all their messages that they sent to me, but I screenshotted their rude remarks, I have posted this to all my friends and tagged femmefatalsa, and will also be posting this on other social media sites as this is honestly not how you treat or speak to customers when you are trying to sell and grow your business. I have never in my life encountered such bad customers service, I was livid, and totally horrified at the way this person was speaking to me, and if it is you the owner of this company that was speaking to me in this manner, than I would rather close down this business because you will never make anything out of trying to grow a business when you dont have the first sense of customer etiquette, every successful business knows that your customers are key to the success of any business, and this is no way to treat customers. I am totally horrid at how I have been treated, for merely asking when you will get stock
