Rude Customer Service

Just want to know if it is necessary to be so rude when answering the phone to a potential client? Thank goodness you dont stock the uniform for the school i am looking for. And I will not recommend you to anyone. Throwing the phone down in my fave while I am on the line during peak season is completely unacceptable!
