FELIX SPORTS COMPLAINTS AGAINST OWNER - NOT STAFF

<p>I am surprised that I do not see any other complaints here, as when standing in the queue at the front of the shop for three hours, all the patrons were complaining. So much so that the staff inside the shop then went on strike. the owner had to come in to attend to the customers, as school was starting and they did not have the stock as ordered, or the system they use in the shop does not allow for and proper customer service. The staff did their best, and were helpful and friendly , but the attitude of the owner was terrible.</p>
