Disappointed, and upset

I placed order for school uniform In September already. Made countless calls that went straight to a mail box. Left messages and received no return calls. Went to the store over a month ago was told that the blazers arrived that day and that's the badges needs to be sewn on and they will call when ready to collect. I've never received any communication for them. I just called them and was told there are no blazers available in the size I've ordered.
