DELAYED UNIFORM

I am angry an disappointed for the time period I am waiting for uniform its been a month an a half since the school open and almost 3 months that I ordered an paid for the uniform , and still have not received my complete order , I have been calling and every time its a different story I get , that they are still waiting , I need urgent answers or I want a refund !!!!!!!!!!!!
