Delay uniforms

Good day I had absolutely no idea that Felix sports shops in westgate mall had so many problems i ordered a isleaben road primary school grade r pt set in and payed for it in full in july 2019. Everytime i call they keep on saying its comming the following month...here i am in 2020 schools opening in 4 working days still no uniform...i also hear that this is a problem year in and year out...maby its time to put this woman in the newspapers...with her rude unprofessional attitude. Please let me know if there are other places that supply isleaben road primarys uniforms please.
