Terrible service. Terrible attitude

On Sunday, 26 April 2015, I went to Hemingways Mall and purchased the Real Deal for R99, this includes a movie, extra credit, a drinks voucher and a meal voucher. The experience was very pleasant up until the point where we had to use the meal voucher. The restaurant was fairly empty yet the tables had not been cleared up from previous patrons. We waited at least 10 minutes before someone noticed us and gave us menus. We had ordered straight away as the voucher is for a specific meal. We waited 25 minutes and had not even received our drinks. When I went to the lady who gave us the menus to enquire, she was very shove offey and asked me if \I could not see that our waitress was busy". This said waitress had not even come to our table to inform us that she was our waitress. We eventually got served our food with much attitude. The worst part about this is that this is not the first time I have had horrible service from the Felix Bar. After the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the second time I said that third time lucky. Now I am at a loss for words. The waitresses should care more about the patrons and less about charging their cellphones at the wine cooler. """
