Worst service ever

<p>In the beginning of August I bought a pair of paradise boots at Felicity Fashions in Struisbaai. After only 6 weeks the soles of the boots were beginning to come loose. I returned the shoes to the owner who was very rude and told me that I could not return the boots because she can see I have worn them a lot. After I told her this was unacceptable she told me she would contact the rep and ask him what she should do. After 3 days with no response I went back to the store to find out what was happening only to be told that she was too busy unpacking boxes to attend to my problem. It is now almost a week later and still no response. </p>
