Billed for something i don't know

Hi there<br> <br> I am tired of trying to cancel this service i have never signed up for.<br> <br> First of all I have learnt never to sign-up for anything telephonically and I never do.<br> <br> I would also like the recording of the call with Calien as i have stated so nice that i do not want anything and i don't buy things telephonically.<br> <br> <br> I called in on the 6th August to the number *** and spoke to a gentleman who had confirmed that he had cancelled my so-called services and app**** a refund for me.<br> <br> But til today i have not received any refund or communication.<br> <br> <br> I have called in again today and spoke to Shaun Pillay who said that someone will get back to me. <br> <br> <br> FEKUZA TRADING IS JUST A MIDDLEMAN COMPANY THAT JUST RIPS PEOPLE OFF.<br> <br> I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL BE HAPPY AGAIN.
