Fantastic Feinschmecker

I experienced a problem where I bought Feinschmecker products from a supermarket in Canal Walk, Cape Town. The product was spoilt.<br> <br> Based on my experiences with the store concerned, it is most likely that the quality problem was store related.<br> <br> Despite this Leon took the time to investigate this with a store visit and feedback to me. The manner in which my complaint was received, handled and processed, and Leon making the time available to meet with me is really what good customer service is about. <br> <br> It is evident that the focus is on customer service, in line with the premium Feinschmecker brand.<br>
