Unhappy customer

I went to the store to get Coffee, clearly explained what i was looking for to the waitress and i thought everything would go according to plan. only to find a half full take away cup of coffee. and the service was not the best ever. Upon my return to the store the lady making the coffee was informed that she should make another and add milk to it, which she didn't. I am currently drinking very bad coffee which i paid for. Paying is not a problem but i would like to get what i ordered. They also refused to tell me prices I had to find that out on my own. The waitress was rude and left me in rush, clearly not understanding my frustrations. Whatever Happened to customer service. Everybody looked at me like I was a fool because i requested the service that i needed. Kindly advise your people to treat all customers the same regardless of age, gender, height, race etc
