Shocking Service

<p>We were visiting Sibaya Casino, for a show, and decided to have lunch at Fego Caffe. We placed our drinks and food order together. The drinks, simple coffees and an iced tea, took 20 minutes to arrive. Then the real wait began. The food only reached us after 50 minutes. My mother inlaw's food was cold, and they had got my order completely wrong. The waiter then tried to persuade me to take the wrong order, as getting the correct one would take too long! I was adamant that I wanted my burger, and carried on waiting a further 30 minutes. In all this time we noticed two other tables get up and leave, and many other customers having to get their own menus. There was a complete absence of managment at the store, and the staff were poorly trained. When the burger finlly arrived it was dry and tough. My advice to visitors of Sibiya? Steers will be faster and the food infinitly better...</p>
