Pathetic, unsatisfactory, dismal service and restaurant

Pathetic service and questionable dishes, my morning breakfast was presented to me in 2 - 3 minutes, which raises the question "how fresh are these meals and are they prepared before hand?" secondly I had a slice of cake (which crumbles apon eating, again not up to standard nor fresh) and wished to cancle my breakfast order, being forced into paying for something that doesn't seem fresh nor will I consume at all by management and wasting my time to call head office, time is precious to each of us, why hold me to the store due to blaten dissatisfaction.
