Pathetic Service at FEGOS Sibaya

I was disgusted by the pathetic service and quality of food. We were the only ones waiting at the till point for service at Fego Sibaya. The lady and her colleague were having a cosy chat about some salary matters with disregard to us waiting for service in the raging heat. After a while, a male from behind the counter saw us and served us.The two ladies probably supervising the store had no respect nor had taken their employment seriously. Further to this outside the store stood a cake stand in the heat. The cakes looked lovely but to our surprise, when tasted,was awful. It was dry and tasted stale. The staff are unorganised, unprofessional and are not customer service driven. Its concerning that Sibaya being one of the hot spots for tourists that we experience this disregard for service quality.
