Milk deliveries

This is more of a question than a complaint. How often do milk and other dairy products get delivered to this Fego? Are you guys trying to minimize wastage before the week off by using the last bit of milk you have in stock? Because to be honest, I didn't even get through half my cappuccino before my stomach flipped this morning.
