Immoral staff member

I am disgusted by the pathetic behavior of one of the staff members at the Carnival City Branch. I can't pronounce her name clearly, I believe she's called Sieng or Tsieng. She is rude and offensive towards her colleagues in front of us the customers of which I, as a businessman myself cannot tolerate as I expect my staff to cooperate and promote teamwork for the success of the business. In return I would like to commend the offended lady for her calmness (professionalism) inspite of her being insulted (I believe every customer present heard) she was able to collect herself and provided us with an excellent service. Happiness, South Africa needs people like you who can easily brush away obstacles and march forward.
