Fego Caffe changed for the worse

Fego Caffe - Gateway Shopping Centre We love coffee shops and while we were on holiday we decided to visit the Fego coffee shop to which we have not been to in a while.

Upon entering the coffee shop, we sanitized and the waitress approaches us and looked blankly without saying a word. We greeted and ask if we could sit down. She does not reply in words but nods and proceed to walk into the store. We get seated. The same waitress comes to leave the menus with no words and no mention of anything. She then takes our order and we order almond milk as well. No communication that there is a separate charge for almond milk although we expect it. There was no sugars or serviettes brought to the table except the coffee. She looked upset about something and her attitude was not friendly at all. then all the waitresses huddle up near our table and talk loudly and laugh. the whole experience showed us how Fego has deteoriorated over the years. We obvioulsy did not want to order anything to eat. So we paid and left and will not go back again
