Consideration for the potential customer will help

Marketing is an essential element of the success of your brand.<br> <br> I have patronised Exclusive books and the adjoining FEGO for many years. This has been a mutually beneficial relationship for you and your customers. I have often browsed their books while at FEGO. Last week, on my birthday, I did the same as there are always empty seats at the back of FEGO which are adjacent to Exclusive books. The few Exclusive seats were occupied last night. <br> I was approached by Lindy, the FEGO manager of the half empty restaurant, as I was browsing two books (before buying) at the back of her store. I said, not at the moment. Then a small waitress plopped a menu down on the table. I still had to make up my mind about the books and pay for them before considering supper and coffee. <br> She told me that I could not sit there. This made me feel really horrible. It brought back memories of how my family and I had been turned away by restaurants like Wimpy during the Apartheid era. We still avoid Wimpy. <br> <br> I bought the books but decided to eat at another restaurant a few metres away at the Pavilion. I told both Lindy and the Exclusive manager about my experience.
