COMPLAINT AGAINST MANAGERS RUDE BEHAVIOUR

<p>My daughter who is a regular patron at Fego Cafe visited the cafe on the 18th May 2016 for a cup of hot chocolate which she usually enjoys. On this occasion however the hot chocolate had a strange taste as if an additive made the taste unpleasant and unpalatable.</p> <p>My daughter brought this to the attention of the waitress who attended to her. The waitress replaced the beverage with which she was satisfied.</p> <p>The "Manager" suddenly began shouting at the waitress for having replaced the beverage and instructed her not to allow my daughter to sit and drink the beverage in the restaurant. This abusive conduct in the presence of other patrons ,shocked and disappointed my daughter who is a 3rd year Medical Science Student , who had just written a test and had come to the restaurant to enjoy a beverage and relax.</p> <p>This type of behaviour is both despicable and calls for a disciplinary enquirer against the Manager concerned. Should my daughter not receive a written apology within the next 2 days from date hereof I shall have no option but to take this matter further.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will advise my family and friends to refrain from visiting your store.</p> <p> </p> <p>One Disappointed Customer!!!</p> <p><br />Mrs F Mather</p>
