Appalling service at Fego Caffe King Shaka airport

Fego Caffe at King Shaka international within domestic side has horrific service...I had gone in to get a cappuccino and ****in; when it was time to leave to catch my flight I was met with nonchalant attitude and pure disregard for urgency. I had asked for bill and waiter acknowledged my request only to completely ignore it and stood in front of the store chatting to manager and other waiter without doing anything. When I approached him to pay the bill what looked to be the manager just looked at me and did nothing or said nothing about the situation. It’s appualling that a customer has to reprimand a waiter in front of a so called manager about service in a area where quick service is necessary. I have never had such heinous service from a fego cafe but that one just set a different tone...I urge no one to ever go there
