Feeskraal lodge NOT RECOMMENDED

ELANDSFONTEIN 21 MABILINGWE also known as Feeskraal Lodge After reading other reviews I emailed Lynette Van Schalkwyk and pointed out to her that she must check the electricity which kept on tripping and to make sure the aircons worked. She ASSURED ME 2 TIMES that everything is 100%. I also ASKED if we could check in earlier at 12 or 13:00 and she rep**** via email that 13:00 would be fine. Upon our arrival at 13:30- 1. The place was still a mess 2. The aircons did not work 3. The gas oven had only ONE plate working 4. Almost all the globes in the house are fused 5. The fire pit was full of water because the drain was blocked 6. The main shower only had 5 tiny streams of water and the rest of the nozzles were clearly blocked 7. The cupboards were dirty After complaining about this to Lynette upon arrival her husband came at about 16:00 and told a lot of lies about the electricity and the aircons BUT almost every patron complained about this on booking. Com. They clearly know about this Keep in mind that 2 nights costs about R10k for 7 people Since the electricity tripped every 10min our freezer goods defrosted There are gadgets like a dishwasher but you cannot use anything due to the electricity tripping

This place is a waste of money and time. It seems that Lynette does not care about the state of the unit as long as she gets her fee for each night. She knows about all the problems but does not lift a finger to do something about it. It is excuse after excuse On the last day Henry came and replaced the earth leaquage switch with a normal circuit breaker to keep the electricity from tripping. I was very disappointed with this unit especially after I emailed Lynette and asked her twice to make sure everything is in order
