I cannot login into my account so I spoke with someone called Lewis on their online chat.

I told him that I was unable to login and no forgot password email was sent to me by the site after numerous times.

Lewis sent me 2 emails which I never received. I requested a refund since I noticed that they deducted twice from my bank account. Once for R85,56 for my purchase And then another R757,26. This in not on. At first he refused to refund me and after more chatting with him he wanted to give me only a 50% refund. This is not acceptable. I don’t trust this site. Not only can I not access my account but I’m not getting emails from them.

Nothing in my emails about my purchase’s……
