Unprofessional and unresponsive

Contrary to their name, Feel-At-Home Properties is a deplorable service provider. Their service is terrible and their response rate is poor. When I moved out they even refused to refund what was due to me. It’s safe to say that I’ve had a terrible experience with them, including Gustav Kriel and Makkie Le Roux. I strongly recommend that you consider other estate agents.
