Unpleasant real estate agents

I will never engage with this company again and Gustav (principal) and Makkie (agent) have been a nightmare to work with. Agent fees are paid in full to themselves each month and I only receive partial rental payments. They do not respond to my emails and I receive no updates with regards to the status of my rental payments or any communication that was made with my tenant. My tenant is now in arrears for 2 months and they still have not actioned my written request to give notice to my tenant. They keep passing the blame and Gustav has been very rude and impatient on the phone when we try to resolve these issues. I will never use this agency again and the most unpleasant experiene I've had in 15 years in real estate
