ROACH LEG IN FOOT, MANAGER INSISTS IT IS A HERB

I ordered biryani today and found a roach's leg in my food. thigh, and leg in tact. it even has those little *****ly hairs sticking out of it. I went to the canteen to lay a complaint but Donovan the manager insisted that it is a herb. I had the other staff to look at it and they too shook their heads in disapproval but did not want to admit in front of their manager that it is indeed a ****roach leg. He also went on to tell me how clean the place is and how thoroughly it gets inspected. He then challenged me to get a professional to come have a look at it, which I intend to because all I wanted was an apology and my money back. I will sue if I must. Even the classiest restaurants have pests, who is he to argue that a lousy canteen would have insects?? I will take this matter as further as I can. Such filth! Furthermore I will propose that we get another catering company to approach momentum and I know the staff will be more than keen to have a look.
