Provident fund not received after 5 Months

I have Worked for fedics / tsebo Outsoursing. I have resigned on the 19th of May 2017. After 8 weeks i followed up on my Provident Fund pay out. My previous Manager Gerhard said i needed to fill out a old mutual withdrawal form after a lot of emails when he finally responded. I did fill out the withdrawal form and send it back to him with all the documents required. I have then send him more emails trying to follow up were he said i myst speak to Lebogang in their HR dept. I have send emails to Lebogang with no feedback. I even requested my policy number from old mutual but no response. I have tried phoning to speak to lebogang then i get placed on hold twice my airtime has ran out holding. Or if i tell them what its in connection with the phone call just gets dropped. I am out of other options if NO ONE can have the decency to get back to me. Its been 5 months now. This is no joke they are quick to deduct your money but you have to struggle to get it back or even answers.
