Menu orders not delivered, late food, no food.
I am a patient at Vincent Palotti Rehabilitation unit. The food services has been outsorced to Fedics International.
I've been a patient for the last four weeks.

There are three types of diets offered - pureed, soft and normal. A menu with choices is presented daily, and then the patient submit it to the kitchen. I've been on a pureed diet.

None of the menus submitted is the same as received. Although I've ordered soup every day, I've only received twice. When asking the kitchen staff for the ordered items, they never return. Similar with desert. Food also do not correspond to that ordered. Some days the pureed diet's lunch and dinner is exactly the same.

Today's lunch was an hour and 20 minutes late. That, together with bones in pureed meat, is just pure bad quality and poor service. Some days plastic knifes and forks are used, or juice delivered in tea cups.

As the clients (patients) are not in control of payments, quality or service, Fedics disregard any complaints from patients. What is even worse is that the medical aids pay for the full service, and Fedics increase their profits.

This must be the poorest service I've received to date.
