Bleach the 22nd

<p>On the 22/09/2016 ,i went to the canteen looking for vinegar.i asked one of the staff members and she said i can go to the counter and get it.the container that had a white substance that looked like vinegar on that day was with mustard etc but it actually was filled with bleach inside.i took the "vinegar"or so i thought to the training room which i then consumed 3/4 of it and thought the container i was using was the one smelling of bleach.when i placed the "vingear /bleach"on my hand it was actually smelling like bleach and not vinegar and tasted nothing vinegar.i went back to the canteen with the container and the little bit of bleach that was left and reported the matter to the lady who offered me the vinegar/bleach.the canteen confirmed that it was indeed bleach and not vinegar.my question is how can this canteen still be operating after this incident?how many toxic food are they feeding people and how many people would have consumed the bleach that was in the "vinegar container".the attitude of their staff memebers as well needs much to be desired.when do they intend to take accountability for this negligence because i have not heard from them since i came back from hospital.</p>
