Service well above the minimum
Recently had an issue with a product earning interest and requested to cancel as I am not allowed to earn interest. A consultant (Kiren Naidoo) picked up that I had other products which may be affected, and unprompted, called me together with a product specialist to double check that any other investments are not interest bearing.
Was incredible to see the forward thinking as well as awareness related my needs as customer. Kiren went well above and beyond what was asked and I am very appreciative of his and the team's engagement.
