Service!!!!

Ive sent a request to the group regarding the needs of my daugher, it was approved and two days later when i call to find out why money is not yet transffered to our account they drop their lines and not respond to the email sent!i still say the money that his father left her is to help when shes need things""" one of the consultants sent me an email saying 'ive already asked for the trust to buy laptop for my daughter and i cant ask again"its been 3years after the death of his father and havent asked for anything. Am not sure what they saving her money for "since its a problem for them to assist.
