Not good communication
We have an investment that was supposed to pay out on 31/08/2024. We have sent them emails before this date and not much help. The date has passed and no money in my account. Could they please contact me urgently I need to find out if money has been paid. ***

Our Investments team have confirmed that they have contacted you and explained that your payment was processed for the 31st of August 2024 however, because the 31st was not a business day, you should allow 24 to 48 hours for the funds to reflect in your bank account.
