Non payment of my Provident fund by fedgroup

I'm having a problem with fedgroup with them paying out my Provident fund. As I have provided them with everything that was requested from me. But now their taking me from pillar to post instead of of paying me and I was told that they'll make payment as soon as they get the January contribution which was done and they did acknowledge that they did get the January contribution. But now I don't know what's with the delay with my payment. Because now they don't respond to my emails and if they respond their no specific on when exactly their going to pay me.
