Fedgroup investment money

Left my previous employer and then went to my broker to have my money released from Fedgroup to invest my money in other ventures. This was in the beginning of March 2020 . It's now end of July 2020 and still no money been payed out as requested on many occasions since March. Just have spoken to my broker now and he also said he have never seen in his professional career something like this . It's like talking to a wall ......
