Don't want to pay the trust Fund

Hi i would like to write about bencare@fedgroup for my daughters beneficiary fund. When my daughter turned 18 it meant she was no longer going to receive her monthly funds from the trust however because she is still in varsity Fedgroup wanted proof from the schools and balance so that they can pay for her fees. I have sent them all the necessary documents in January and i was told payment will be released in February as payroll or whatever they call it has been closed for January. We are in March now and fees has not been released yet my daughter is in college and she needs to pay her fees. I have contacted them several times and i was told someone working with my file is not at work.

Am really failing to understand why delaying funds that were left by a deceased to take care of his kids. Am really dssapointed to the trust and am willing to take this matter to the Ombudsman.
