Disappointed with Fedgroup
I am very disappointed with Fedgroup, I have been waiting for my provident fund since I resigned end March 2024. When I follow up, the say the are still processing, this is the 3rd month now. For the entire period I was with their provident I have never received not even received a single statement of the contributions.

We received your withdrawal forms, indicating the exit date as 31 March 2024. Our data shows that there was no contributions paid to Fedgroup for the month of March 2024, therefore the withdrawal of the funds could not be processed. Fedgroup has raised this with your employer. We have also requested confirmation to continue with the withdrawal with 29 February 2024 as exit date. We unfortunately have not received a response from your employer on either of the enquiries. In order to facilitate the withdrawal of funds, Fedgroup will continue with the withdrawal, as of 29 February 2024. Should we then receive the contributions for March 2024 we will continue with the withdrawal of the funds for March 2024.
The withdrawal process should be completed by close of business Tuesday, 18 June 2024.
