CAN SOMEONE GET THROUGH TO THESE PEOPLE????? I AM TIRED

Whoever can get through to these must please do on my behalf as I am really tired with the. 1. According to SARS Ms. Mashao Mathebula submitted a Directive (***0) to SARS for tax year 2022 for my profile. This is a reason I am being penalised by SARS. This needs to be cancelled through SARS, last week Ms Mathebula was still investigating if she send this directive as she cant track it. 2. Ms Essette Peters, sent me an IRP5 for Tax year 2023 by email and to my suprise the directive (***4) for this is to sent through to SARS as well. Its been a week since I had informed her to re-submit this directive to SARS.

my penalties are accumulating because of this and I have raised this with them but simingly no one cares.
