Worst possible service delivery

The worst possible service delivery I have ever come across. They were asked for a quote in Oct 2024 and the job is still not completed. They came to take measurements twice last year and then sent the quote to the wrong individual. Asked them to send it to the home owner, they never did. Eventually end of Nov when I followed up, they said they were full for the year and would come and complete the job on the 13th of Jan 2025, that day came and went. I called them, no sorry they have to come and measure again (why 3 times) and then it takes 10 working days for glass to be cut. They then came 2 weeks later and put in the glass….in correctly measured. Had to wait 2 more weeks for new glass, but now the top of the stairs has a gaping hole which also needs to have glass….waited 2 weeks, had to call Martin again, he said sorry he was waiting for me for approval of a completely different job, this was end Feb. I told him we were going on leave and would be back on the 17th, he said they would come that day to put the final glass in. The 17th of March came and went. I gave him a call….he would find out why his team never pitched. He has yet to call me back. I have tried to call him multiple times, but goes to voicemail or he doesn’t answer. Very shocking
