COMPLIMENTS

I would like to commend Leon Gouws, Johan and the entire fedglass team, the sterling work they had done in my house. it started with me checking on line which Glass company can i use to install the glass balustrades, i sent mail to several of them, some responded but other did not, then i came across theis "BOSS" of a company, within 24 hrs of me having sent the mail, the receptionist responded and informed me that Leon would contact me, indeed he did just that, I liaised with him and told him what i wanted and how it should be, in 2 days, he gave me a quote, i sent him pictures, he sent the sample of what he had and adviced why it should be done the way he suggested it should, we agreed, to cut the matter short, just 2 weeks ago, the finished the entire work, later last week he called to say the glass had a scratch and they would come replace it, it was a surprise to me because i did not see any scratches, indeed they came and the glass was replaced. i am saying they are a BOSS company because, if it were another company, they would have gotten away with the "scratch" without notifying us because the money they got in full, but this company is of among the rest. KUDOS to the entire team, your dedication, you don't leave the house dirty, the guys are friendly and respectful.

I am glad we still have such great companies in our conutry when the service levels have gone down so much. TO FEDGLASS, YOU ARE THE BEST, I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR YOUR SERVICES.
