DYNPORT Logistics & FEDEX UK Worst Courier Company

I would like to say that we had a very bad experience with these 2 Courier companies. We sent a package in March 2022 from South Africa to UK using the agency Dynport Logistics in South Africa. The turn around time is normally 5 - 7 working days. However after about 2 weeks we informed the company Dynport that the package was not delivered in the UK. We were informed that FEDEX UK handled the final delivery in the UK and they had advised that the packaged was delivered at 1:47am( very strange who delivers a parcel at this time of the morning) and signed by a person unknown to us. When we queried this we were then told that the delivery guy said he had left the package at the mail room area but initially they had created a false signed delivery slip stating it was signed for and delivered to an actual person. This was the beginning of a tedious journey trying to track our package. Up till today Fedex UK has not been able to find our parcel. The service was appauling from producing false delivery reports and to not being able to find our package. This has been the worse service and i would not recommend these companies especially FEDEX UK as they handled final delivery and have no care in peoples parcels.
